VantaWave® heaters warm the room, and nominal 660nm red and 850nm near-infrared LEDs sit in the bench, close to the skin. Each runs on its own controls, so you can offer them as separate services or together in one session.

Your operating plan shapes the sauna: we coordinate heater layout, controls, service access, and electrical load around the room and expected use.

How many dedicated circuits, at what voltage, with whose drawings?
Each CORE 5 power supply takes a dedicated 208–240V circuit; the count follows the configuration. Your proposal lists the requirements, and full drawings for your electrician and inspector come with the order.
Space & access
Are ADA, fire suppression, and service clearances in the blueprint?
Door clearance, turning radius, bench heights, grab bars, and suppression guides are integrated into the custom plan before anything is built.

What does the vendor supply versus your GC and electrician?
SaunaCloud supplies the wood interior, heaters, power, controls, and plans. Your trades supply the room, glass, hookup labor, permits, and site prep.

What exactly does the commercial warranty cover, and for how long?
One year of coverage on covered parts from final delivery, under the written shared warranty. Wood, labor, diagnosis, electrician costs, and replacement-part freight are not covered.
The 10 commercial rooms we sold from July 2023 to September 2026, wood included, cost $26,000 to $72,000 USD before shipping and tax, and half came in under $39,000. They ran 56 to 185 square feet, and the price followed the room's size at about $500 per square foot. Your proposal gives the exact price for your room. Budget separately for the room itself, glass, ventilation, your electrician, permits, and installation labor.

Yes. Our control system allows complete remote monitoring and diagnostics via desktop or mobile. Start and stop sessions, adjust temperature, track usage, and receive diagnostic alerts.
Atlas is the modern style with vertical wood slats and VantaWave® panels behind them; Sierra is the classic exposed-panel and window-pane wood arrangement. Both are fully custom projects with VantaWave® heaters and in-house power systems. Footprint and bench capacity follow the facility’s space and use.
It depends on the heater layout, room, and CORE 5 configuration. Your proposal lists the voltage, dedicated circuits, and load, and the full electrical drawings come with the order. Confirm your available service during the design consultation.
We design and manufacture our own power supplies, PCBs, and WiFi-enabled control systems so we can plan the controls and service access alongside the heating system for high-use rooms.
