Affiliate Program Terms of Service

1. Participation in the program

The program lets you earn a commission by referring customers to saunacloud.com with your unique affiliate link. Every application is reviewed, and we may accept or decline any application at our discretion. Your account stays pending until we approve it — commissions are only earned on referrals that come through an approved account.

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint-venture relationship between you and SaunaCloud LLC. You may not make any claim, statement, or representation on our behalf that goes beyond what we provide in official affiliate materials.

2. How you may promote SaunaCloud

• Share your affiliate link on your own website, blog, social media, email newsletter, or videos.
• Describe the products honestly and in your own words.
• Use product photos and copy we provide or that you have permission to use.

FTC disclosure. Wherever you promote SaunaCloud, clearly disclose that you may earn a commission (for example, “I earn a commission from purchases”). This applies to every post, video, email, or ad — not just once. Disclosures must be easy to see, not buried in footers or hashtags.

3. Prohibited marketing

You may not do any of the following. Breaking these rules is grounds for immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

• Bidding on brand terms. Do not bid on “SaunaCloud”, misspellings, variations, or combinations of our brand name with other words (for example “saunacloud discount”) in Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Meta, or any paid search or paid social platform. Do not use “SaunaCloud” in ad copy, display URLs, or keyword lists.
• Direct linking. Paid ads must link to your own website or content first, never directly to saunacloud.com.
• Trademark misuse. Do not register or use domains, subdomains, social handles, or app names containing “SaunaCloud” or anything confusingly similar, and do not imply you are owned by, endorsed by, or operating as SaunaCloud.
• Cookie stuffing and forced clicks. No placing affiliate cookies without a genuine click, hidden iframes, or popunders.
• Typosquatting and lookalike sites. No websites designed to imitate saunacloud.com or trick visitors into thinking they are on our site.
• Coupon and deal sites. Do not list fabricated discounts or “exclusive codes” on coupon sites. We do not issue affiliate coupon codes, so any code claiming to be one is misleading.
• Spam. No unsolicited bulk email, mass DMs, comment spam, or posting your link where it is not welcome.
• Self-referrals. No earning commissions on your own purchases, or on purchases by members of your household or business entities you control.
• Misleading claims. No health claims about our products beyond what appears on saunacloud.com, no fake scarcity or pricing claims, and no pretending to be a customer when you are not.

4. Commissions and attribution

Commission rate is 5% of the pre-tax sale price. Attribution is first-touch: when someone first visits saunacloud.com through your link, a cookie records your referral for 60 days. If they request a quote within that window, the sale is attributed to you even if it closes months later — and even if they later find us another way.

• A commission is earned only when the customer has paid in full.
• No commission is earned on cancelled orders, refunds, fraudulent orders, or sales we flag as fake or self-dealt.
• One commission per sale. If a referral is later voided, we reverse the pending payout.
• We can change the commission rate for future referrals with notice; changes do not affect leads already attributed.

5. Payouts

Earned commissions are batched and paid by ACH or wire after you provide payment details (and a completed W-9 or equivalent tax form if we ask). You are responsible for your own taxes on commission income. If a payment method fails because of incorrect details you provided, we will re-issue once corrected.

6. Suspension and termination

Either party can end participation at any time. We may suspend or remove an account immediately for violating Section 3, for fraud, or for activity we reasonably believe harms SaunaCloud, its customers, or its brand.

• If we end your account for cause (a rule violation), earned-but-unpaid commissions on legitimate sales may be withheld.
• If we end the relationship without cause, or you resign, legitimately earned commissions will be paid out on the normal schedule.
• After termination, stop using your affiliate link and remove references presenting yourself as a current SaunaCloud affiliate.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the program evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in the affiliate dashboard, and the version below will be updated. Continuing to promote SaunaCloud after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

8. General legal terms

Indemnification. You agree to cover SaunaCloud for claims arising from your marketing methods or breach of these terms.

No warranty. The affiliate program is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted tracking, though we keep accurate records of clicks and attributions and share your dashboard with you.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in El Dorado County, California.
