✅ Residential Use Warranty: 7 Years
All saunas used in residential settings are backed by our limited lifetime warranty of 7 years. This includes:
VantaWave™ carbon/crystal infrared heaters
Power supply & digital controls
Interior and exterior woodwork
LED chromotherapy lighting
Bench-integrated red light therapy system (if included)
✅ Commercial Use Warranty: 2 Years
For wellness centers, gyms, spas, and other commercial applications, we offer a 2-year limited warranty — the longest in the industry for commercial saunas.

Most sauna brands offer only 1 to 5 years of coverage, because that’s how long they expect their saunas to last.

🚫 What’s Not Covered
We believe in being transparent about limitations:
Water damage of any kind (including flooding, leaks, improper outdoor installation)
Improper installation or modifications not done or approved by SaunaCloud
Misuse or abuse
Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, fading, etc.)
Labor and shipping after the first 90 days
Roof on outdoor models: Covered under a separate 3-year warranty
🏠 Outdoor Sauna Roof Warranty: 3 Years
For outdoor models, the roof is covered for 3 years against defects in materials and workmanship. However, to qualify for any coverage, the sauna must be installed according to our outdoor installation guidelines and protected from extreme elements.
