This thing changed my recovery.
I was doing red light and sauna separately — 45 minutes each. The Atlas One gives me both in one 30-minute session. The heat is deep and even, and the red light bench is incredibly well thought out.

Fit + What's Included
Bring a personal wellness space into the home you already love. Atlas One pairs modern cedar detailing with VantaWave heating and bench-integrated red light, in a one-person layout tailored to your room. Explore the example specifications below, then let us design the fit for your space.
The Problem
No separate stand. No panel to bring out after your sauna. Atlas One places red light between the cedar bench slats, close to your skin, so you can enjoy warmth and light in one personal session. Independent controls let you choose either or both.

Bench-level LEDs · close to the skin · red light plus full-body heat
The Solution

The Atlas One™ pairs full-surround VantaWave® far infrared heaters with a bench-integrated red light system — 660 nm red + 850 nm near-infrared (nominal wavelengths), close to your skin. Your posture and layout determine the distance to each body area. Choose heat, red light, or both from the app-controlled power supply. What is a red light therapy sauna?

Passive heat raises your heart rate as you sit back and unwind. Make comfortable warmth part of a regular wellness routine.
Settle into even VantaWave® far-infrared warmth and enjoy a satisfying sweat, in the comfort of your own cedar room.
Give yourself a place to slow down after activity. Gentle, even warmth supports your recovery routine and helps you unwind.
Trade the last scroll of the day for quiet cedar warmth. Create a relaxing transition from a busy evening to bedtime.
Close the door on a busy day. A quiet space, natural cedar, and enveloping warmth make it easier to pause and decompress.
Bring red light into the routine you already enjoy. Bench-integrated LEDs sit close to your skin, with no separate panel to set up.
Sauna use supports general wellness; experiences vary. Ask your clinician about heat use if you have a medical condition or are pregnant.

Heat and light, designed together
Settle into your Atlas One™ and make red light part of the same ritual as your sauna session. The LEDs are built between the cedar bench slats, close to your skin, so there's no separate panel to position or store.
The system pairs nominal 660 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared light with independent controls. Enjoy far-infrared heat, red light, or both — built into one custom sauna. Your layout and posture determine the distance to each body area.

I've tried panels mounted on walls, handheld devices, standing rigs — nothing compares to lying on the Atlas One bench with LEDs within inches of your body. It's the real deal.
We put the Atlas One in our home gym. Build quality is incredible — the cedar, the glass, the hardware. SaunaCloud walked us through everything from electrical plans to final setup.

Common Questions
Atlas One brings VantaWave far-infrared heat and bench-integrated red light into a custom sauna designed for one. Its personal layout fits your room, and the nominal 660 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared LEDs sit between the cedar bench slats, close to your skin. Independent controls let you enjoy heat, red light, or both without setting up another device.
Bench-level LEDs sit much closer to the body than wall-mounted panels, so light reaches the skin instead of crossing the room. The Atlas One builds the bars into the bench, close to the skin — roughly 1–2 inches at the closest areas, varying by posture, body area, and layout. That proximity is bench geometry, not a measured therapy dose.
Yes. The Atlas One's app-controlled power supply lets you run far infrared heat, red light therapy, or both simultaneously. You have full control over each system's intensity and duration.
Electrical is project-specified — there is no universal breaker size for the Atlas One name. Your proposal and electrical plans define the dedicated circuit(s) your electrician runs before delivery; a licensed electrician makes the final connection. The illustrated example configuration uses a dedicated 240V hardwired circuit, GFCI-protected, with a spa disconnect per the plans.
Atlas One is designed for one person, with dimensions tailored to your space. The illustrated example is 49.5" wide × 52.25" deep × 84" tall outside and 38" × 46" × 80" inside, with a seated bench and a lower platform. These are example dimensions, not a standard size. Your approved project drawing confirms the footprint, layout, and opening requirements.
Only an outdoor-approved configuration should be installed outdoors. Mention outdoor placement during your consultation so the project specifies weather-appropriate construction and coverage. Wood is not covered by the warranty.
Most Atlas One orders ship within 7–11 weeks of final design approval. Shipping is a flat $999 per order, added automatically. Wood ships curbside via freight; remaining components arrive by courier to your door — you'll receive tracking and the carrier will call to schedule your delivery window.
Clear-grade Western Red Canadian Cedar, kiln-dried. No veneers or plywood — solid cedar that naturally resists bacteria, mold, and warping. Every board is hand-selected for color and grain consistency.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty defines residential product lifetime as 7 years from final delivery: heaters are covered for 7 years, power, controls, and junction boxes for 3 years, and lights, speakers, and covered accessories for 1 year. The complimentary red light system is included at no additional charge and is not covered. Wood, labor, diagnosis, electrician costs, and replacement-part freight are also not covered. Commercial installations have 1-year covered-parts coverage.
All powered equipment produces electric and magnetic fields. The VantaWave® system is engineered for low magnetic-field output through its wiring, grounding, shielding, and CORE 5 power delivery. Average output is about 0.20mG in the measured system scope — test scopes, meters, and distances vary, so we don't present one number as every build's result.
Yes. Our proprietary iOS/Android app and Wi-Fi-enabled controller allow complete remote monitoring and control. Start a session, set temperature, toggle red light, and check status from anywhere.
