Meet the Founder: Christopher Kiggins

Christopher Kiggins, the Founder and CEO of SaunaCloud, has served as the compny’s primary sauna designer since its inception. A graduate of the University of California (B.A., 2004–2008), Kiggins is a recognized thought leader, author, and educator in the field of infrared technology.

Kiggins’ passion for the industry was born from a personal health journey. Through daily 30-minute sauna sessions, he successfully lost 20 pounds, lowered his blood pressure, and achieved significant stress relief. Disappointed by the lack of transparency in the sauna market, he founded SaunaCloud to bridge the gap between medical science and home wellness.

He is the author of The Definitive Guide to Infrared Saunas: Lose Weight, Feel Great, and Detoxify Your Life (2015), one of the first comprehensive resources on far-infrared therapy science. Kiggins remains hands-on, personally handling consultations and providing 3D renderings and electrical plans to ensure every client receives pressure-free guidance and a system built for longevity.
