Limited Lifetime Warranty

Your SaunaCloud® infrared sauna comes with a 10-year Residential Limited Lifetime Warranty for residential use for all custom and pre-fabricated/stand alone saunas made by SaunaCloud®. If you are using your sauna in a commercial location, you are still covered under our 5-year warranty.

SaunaCloud® will pay for all parts (and shipping of all parts) to and from to the sauna owner for the life the customer owns their sauna (in the continental US). We do not pay for any installation of these parts and they must be installed by a licensed electrician. 

No wood or salt walls are covered under the warranty, only electrical parts.

Our infrared heaters have an operational life of 30,000 hours. Using your sauna 5 times per week, your VantaWave­­™ heaters can last up to 125 years. All electrical components in your SaunaCloud® infrared sauna are manufactured to our exacting standards and once your sauna comes out of production at our woodshop, it is setup, tested and run for several hours to ensure that it is in top working condition. We do require that you follow our installation manual exactly step by step in the setup process for all parts (wood and electrical).

Our warranty also applies to outdoor use as long as the sauna is adequately covered by a canvas cover sold directly by SaunaCloud® or if you purchase an outdoor sauna made specifically for the outdoors. Water damage is not covered under our warranty.

In the rare event that you might have an issue with your sauna, our lifetime warranty covers the entire sauna – heaters, controls, electrical and wood (even the included audio system and color light therapy). You will never have to worry if anything should go wrong with your SaunaCloud® sauna.
